Cardiologists Dr. Andrew Michaels, Dr. Hugh Parker and Dr. James Schipper, of Humboldt Medical Specialists – Cardiology, are now offering cardiac clinics in Crescent City. The clinics will be held once a month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1771 Northcrest Drive in Crescent City. No physician referral is required for patients to be seen.

Clinics will be held on the following dates: Sept. 27, Oct. 25, Nov. 29 and Dec. 20.

As board-certified interventional cardiologists, Dr. Michaels and Dr. Schipper specialize in treating conditions such as blocked arteries and damaged heart valves. Their expertise in procedures such as angioplasty will help meet the community’s growing needs for these life-saving interventions. Dr. Parker is a general cardiologist with expertise in cardiac imaging, heart failure and abnormal heart rhythms.
