A Limited Number of Coupons Redeemable for Low-Cost Blood Draws will be Available at the Health Fair. These coupons will be valid until April 15, 2011.
If you are unable to attend the Health Fair, a limited number of coupons will be available two weeks prior to the event at Fortuna Adult Day Health Services, the Humboldt Senior Resource Center in Eureka and the McKinleyville Senior Center.
*** Note that blood draws will not be offered at the health fair . You will use the
coupon to make an appointment with the Lab at the General Hospital
